At least 82 people died in center of Texas after a sudden flood last week. Researchers continue to seek victims. In Kerr county alone, 68 deaths were reported, including 28 children, according to the Sheriff of the county. Many deaths come from those who stay in youth camps on the banks of the Guadalupe river. Since the storm, local officials have been struck by difficult issues on the reasons why children in the camps and other people living along the river have not been warned to evacuate.
