Texas Dems spotlight disaster called Illinois

After the 1990 general elections, the state of Illinois found itself in a difficult situation. The Democrats controlled the Chamber and the Senate in Springfield, while the Republican Jim Edgar occupied the governor’s manor. With the legislative redistribution the following year, the Democrats could not send a new card that the governor does not oppose.
