US Attorney Bill Essayli Smacks Down Media ‘Hot Take’ on ICE Arrest – RedState
We are in a propaganda war with regard to the battle on the ice.
Democratic politicians and left -wing people had no compression against the twisted facts to push their own stories.
So when they want to demonize ice agents, they say they “disappear from people” and “kidnapped them without identifying”. They say that even when you see “Border Patrol” or “Ice” Embazone on what the agents wear. And the police who stop or hold someone “kidnap” them.
The problem is that you often have the media that accompany this nonsense. We obtained such a story with regard to the raid on the cannabis farm in Camillo, California, on July 10. KTLA had the story of a “taken” teacher during the raid and cited California Faculty Association affirming that it was an “abduction”.

The American lawyer for the California central district Bill Essayli then scolded them on Sunday.

Professor Jonathan Caravello was not “kidnapped,” said Essayli. He explained: “He was arrested for throwing a lashing gas cartridge to the police. He is accused of a violation of 18 USC 111 and will have an appearance in court tomorrow.”
Oops. It is not quite the same as “kidnapped”. It is sort of critical part of history. KTLA had a “publisher’s note” on history saying that it has contacted DHS but did not hear. First, they could have determined the facts, and secondly, they did not have to repeat inclined information. Then Sunday, when they finally pointed out what Assayli said, they did not seem to have updated this original article to clarify.
We see this in other cases where the left treads people in a frenzy and twists the facts in Bretzel. No, the ice does not only grasp “brown” people on the street, and no, they do not “kid” American citizens. If you attack a federal agent, then, yes, it can stop you. If someone throws something from a federal officer, then no, it’s not a peaceful protest. There is always a backdrop that shows you that there is more than what is claimed. And the media sometimes repeat the story.
The worst comes from democratic politicians who seem to want to invalidate or discredit ice and the simple application of the law.

It is how much they got on the edge at this stage. If they think it is endearing for most Americans, they better think again. This is another problem that is likely to sink them in 2026.
