Trump Assigns His Former Defense Attorney to the ‘Find Charges to Bring Against Letitia James’ Beat

The former Trump’s defense lawyer Lindsey Halligan, was said to have been sworn as an American acting film for the Virginia Oriental District on Monday after the president forced his predecessor for not having made his misdeeds to charge his enemies.
Erik Siebert, the previous American lawyer, resigned on Friday after Trump told journalists that he wanted him to disappear.
Halligan has no prosecution experience. More recently, she worked in the office of the Secretary of the Staff of the White House, who would have been responsible for censor the Smithsonian museums. Previously, according to ABC, it has dealt with insurance complaints related to the case on classified documents of Mar-A-Lago.
Trump announced that he would name her on Friday via social media. This position came shortly after the one who was conceived as (and perhaps the intention of being) a direct message to Ag Pam Bondi, where Trump raised it for not having continued his political enemies (including James) aggressively.

Schumer, Jeffries drag on the will, they will not do so mamdani news cycle
Another weekend has passed, and with him the last chance for Democratic leaders, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and representative Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to put the endless speculation in bed on the reasons why they did not approve the Democratic candidate for the mayor of New York Zohran Mamdani, and if they will do it.
“I will have more to say about the mayor’s race very soon,” said Jeffries on MSNBC – maybe a nod to potential approval to come, according to the New York Post.
The Schumer Dodge on CNN reads less a teases: “All I can tell you is that I will continue to speak to him.”
The political triangulation here is too cute in half. If fear is Fox News and Al Mamdani the face of the Democratic Party-in particular if he fights as mayor-Schumer and Jeffries really think that the feet are content with inevitable approval will they give them a cover? As if the structure of the right media hesitates to awarded random users of social media as a spokesperson for the Democratic Party.
They will approve Mamdani or do not approve of it at all – and do decisively when Mamdani won the primary would have been less an albatrosur around the neck of party leaders than these endless iterations of the seated fence, a particularly bad aspect as democratic clamps for the brewer and vitality in relation to hesitation and democratic immobility.
Mamdani aims to be considered the first. On Monday, he announced that he would cancel a planned town hall in ABC in response to the suspension of the Jimmy Kimmel network.
“ABC withdrawn Jimmy Kimmel from the air after the FCC sought to put them pressure,” said Mamdani at a press conference on Monday. “The message he sends to each American through this country is a message on which the first amendment is no longer a right on which can be counted, but rather that it is the government which will determine what should and should not be discussed, what can and cannot be explained. And we cannot normalize this type of acts or offenses. These must be the basis we act.”

Maga arrives with the help of the South American allies
Javier Milei, the president who has become on television by Libertarian television from Argentina, has today received news from his friends in the US government: the Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is ready to intervene while the country’s currency plunged in the middle of a peso race.
“All the stabilization options are on the table,” tweeted this morning.
The Argentinian markets fired.
With Jair Bolsonaro out of power in Brazil (and recently found guilty of an attempted coup), Milei has become the strongest ally in South America in Maga. A friend of Elon Musk, his government has done something Doge, by reducing a large number of government jobs during his first weeks in power, helping to inspire Musk’s own attempt to do the same here. Milei gave Musk this chainsaw, an accessory that Milei had become known to transport on Argentine television.
The display of full support from the Trump administration is a demonstration of favors available for its ideological allies abroad (even if this overlap is more a matter of style of social media than real ideology: Milei has campaigned against decades of government involvement in the economy of Argentina and Eddling in his economic statistics, while Trump seems to take a page of Milei in its own second term). Diplomacy Maga, of course, cuts in both directions; The Trump administration sanctioned the wife of justice to the Supreme Court of Brazil on Monday, which supervised the proceedings of Bolsonaro and revoked the visas of other representatives of the government.
