The New Details on Alleged Shoving Incident Between Tim Burchett and Leftist Agitator Are Something Else – RedState

Like Senator John Kennedy (R-La), the representative Tim Buchett (R-TN) has a unique and often humorous way to get his message across when he communicates with people, whether his colleagues, journalists, voters, supporters or demonstrators of the Congress.
We have documented some of the most interesting here, like a particularly humorous response from Buchett to a left -wing “tracker” who tries to periodically make “Gotcha” videos from Buchett on Capitol Hill.
“Do you trust Trump’s national security team to keep our war plans at Top Secret?” The man, the camera in hand, asked him during a meeting in the middle of the signal text chain reports.
Burchett replied by asking, “Trust your mother every night to repair your hot pockets and make sure your game boy is on?”

It is another incident involving Bucchett and a demonstrator, however, who made the headlines for a different reason, which involves allegations of physical manifestation, and reacting by defending itself.
As the Redstate reported it last Thursday, things were heated between Burchett and a pro-Hamas agitator after the last round of the house voted for the week, when the man challenged Bucchett’s support in Israel in the debate on the War of Israel-Hamas and confronted it with the latter’s office of Longworth.
Words have been exchanged, Burchett alleged later that the demonstrator “hit the stomachs” with him, and Buchett replied by pushing the person, that the member of the congress joked “had a bad breath”.
In an update of this story, Politico has obtained images which, if their description is correct, painted a fairly interesting image of the way things have happened:
Burchett characterized the meeting at the time as a heated verbal exchange which became physical when the demonstrator entered the face of the legislator and “hit” it. But a recording of the incident, examined by Politico, shows that before they find themselves face to face, Buchett was narrowing the man, saying “come here”.
After a tense back and forth, the protester seemed to move away from Burchett, but the legislator went again towards him and degenerated the interaction, mocking man to “tremble”.
Burchett will also call the man a “Weenie”, according to the politico criticism of videos:
New: a video review shows that the Burchett representative mocked a protester, saying “Come here, Weenie” and pursued him before their confrontation was physical. The demonstrator walked away when Buchett made fun of him to “tremble”.

The demonstrator went up after the “trembling” commentary and he appeared, in this turn, that the torso of the man may have contacted Buchett. Burchett responded with a push with two arms from the demonstrator before the police intervention. https://t.co/mmz2Plerys

It is not known why the videos have not yet been published to the public, but a spokesperson for Buchett said he refused to file a complaint. We will keep you posted if and when the videos are made public.
