The Samsung Galaxy S25+ Is One of the Best Premium Android Phones, and It’s $250 Off Right Now

Samsung announced the new The Galaxy S25 series returns in January 2025a collection of three phones that rivaled Google’s Pixels for the title of best Android phones you could buy in 2025. Among the new lineup, the Galaxy S25+ is the mid-range model and a cheaper alternative to the high-end Galaxy S25 Ultra. Currently you can purchase one for $749.99 ($250 off original retail price of $999.99). While the prices of many tech products are rising, including Samsung phones, it’s nice to see others falling.
After the discount, the S25+ costs just $30 more than the most basic model, the Galaxy S25, offering much better value.
THE The S25 range offers upgrades to the S24 range: The best features of the operating system are shared by all Galaxy phones, giving you new features that you can only get from the A user interface 7, including exclusive media and notifications features. Two of the best are Now Bar and Now Brief, which show you brief personalized alerts or notifications based on your feed and activities. PCMag gave the Galaxy S25 an “excellent” review for its useful AI features, better battery life than the Ultra (around 15 hours on a single charge), great cameras, and long software support.
The main things you’ll miss compared to the new S26 are some AI features and minimal design. Arguably, the Galaxy S25+’s best competitor is the Google Pixel 9, which currently costs $575. If you are already part of the Google or Samsung ecosystem, the best option for you will be to stay true to your brand, unless you plan to swap out all other accessories.

The Galaxy S25+ runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, has three rear lenses including a 12 MP ultra-wide camera and a 6.7-inch, 120 Hz OLED display. RAM is a generous 12 GB, with storage options starting at 128 GB, but this $749.99 option is for the 256 GB.
