Cube cube cube for $ 66: It is not technically A body pillow, but it is specially designed for lateral sleepers (and I love it), so it is included in this list. This cuboid pillow is designed for the lateral sleeper and aims to help with headache and back pain and shoulders through its unique shape and soft but structured garnish. It has a breathable, soft and sparkling matte side case which is removable with a zipper, and the aeropluff foam core is comfortable, regulating the temperature to make you sleep coldly. I can only sleep on my side, and one of the problems I have regularly is a sore neck of the gap between my shoulder and my head. This 90 -degree square pillow perfectly fills this gap and is at a 24 -inch, 12 -inch and 5 inches deep man -in -head pillow. The breathable cover and the soft density even helped the ear pressure.
Leacho Snoogle for $ 50: Although in stock breaking at the moment, this versatile body pillow is marketed for pregnant people due to its versatility and belly support, hip and knee. Due to its unique shape, it can be deformed in many figures. With a removable cover based on a polyester / cotton mixture and a polyester garnish, this pillow is much more breathable than large similar body pillows on the list. Due to its unique shape for many positions, the pillow is not overloaded, and I found that the filling tended to flow to the lower foot of the pillow when it was sleeping on it. Overall, this pillow is breathable and extremely customizable, although I would have preferred something with a little more garnish.
Body pillow in white noise foam with hypoallergenic zipper for $ 50: I love the filling of this 50 x 14 inch pillow – The grated foam is the perfect mixture of structure and softness. If it was wider, about 20 inches rather than 14 inches, this pillow would be perfect. But because I am a sleeper only, I like to hold the body pillow and wrap my arms and legs around. Since it is so narrow, my knees strike on the other side. I may be able to neglect the flaw of its narrowness because the pillow has a super joint filling, but I would not recommend it for older people with longer members.
Eli & ELM memory foam body pillow for $ 130: $ 130: At my house, we call this one “the 7 pillow” because … well, make a supposition. This long -shaped long pillow is marketed as a pregnancy pillow, but it’s great for anyone sleeping on their side. The short section adapts perfectly under your head, while the long end can reach the eyes between your legs. It comes with its own personalized pillowcase, which is great, because it is not as if you had a ton of spare parts in this shape in your linen cupboard. —Eric Ravenscraft
Eli & Elm Side Sleeper for $ 116: The Sli & Elm Sideper pillow is one of the strongest pillows as soon as the box of everything we tested. You can delete part of the excess filling if you want to reduce this firmness, but if you are the type of person who likes to have the impression of sleeping on a very soft rock, it is the pillow for you. It is not large enough for several people to cuddle, like our choice of honeydew, but for one person, it is an excellent option. —Eric Ravenscraft
Bearaby Cuddler for $ 229: Bearaby is best known for its weighted blankets, its eyes for the eyes and its animals in stuffed animals, but it makes other sleep products such as heated pads, jet blankets and the body pillow that I tested, the cuddly. 75 inches long and 8 inches in diameter, with a planting of melofoam based on plants, a fully natural foam based on the sap of the rubber tree, it is different from any other filling of pillow on which I slept. It is heavier than a plush pillow but lighter than memory foam and has rubber and bouncing quality. Its elastic filling, its lean body and its extraordinary length made it adapt awkwardly on the bed, but its inflatable quality and its ability to comply with many forms can make it an attractive choice for certain side sleepers.

Alwyn Home butcher fiber fiber pillow for $ 56: This 90 x 19 inch pillow disappoints. It is deliciously long, which could be useful for larger people or those who like more versatile body support. However, he just doesn’t have enough stuffing to fill 90 inches. The interior striker looks like typical hard strikers found in homemade pillows, but he clungs all the pillow in tufts, leaving gaps where no garnish is reaching. These gaps often occur when your members rest, thus defeating the goal of having a body pillow for support. The pillow is just 2 inches deep and never seemed to appear after taking it out of the box. I had to shake and knead the fiber to help make it more uniform throughout the interior of the pillow, but that did not help.
As a side sleeper, you will want a pillow long enough to provide support between your arms and your pressure points as between the knees. Although firmness and sweetness are a question of personal preference, you often want a body pillow that sounds good balance, to provide support without being too heavy or firm for members who rest under the pillow. If you are just looking for a pillow to hug while you sleep, something lighter and softer is the best. But if you have joint pain or spine, something a little firmer with more support is the best. You will also want to think about the form of pillow will support the best part of your body, according to your needs. I am a strict sleeper, but I throw myself and turn between the two sides, so the pillows with support on each side were also tested. I also tend to curl up in a more fetal position, so I wanted something that had enough width to completely wrap my legs and my arms.
While many head pillows and mattresses promote memory foam, depending on the density of the foam, it can be too heavy for a lateral sleeper whose members go under the pillow. Polyester or other synthetic filling is often the most soft and malleable but may not provide enough support. Many have a mixture of memory foam both or shredded, which can provide a structure while being soft enough to sink. It depends on personal preference and need, but the type of filling is something to know when searching for the perfect body pillow.
A standard body pillow that is long enough to provide full support to the body is ideal, giving enough room to stretch or cuddle in various positions. Body pillows in U or C forms can provide more overall support and are ideal for pregnant people or those with back or leg problems, but can often operate the sleeper due to the surrounding material. But in the end, the favorite shape largely depends on the parts of the body you want most sustained in the lateral sleep position.
I tested (slept with) each pillows for at least a week during sleep, putting it and seated to see how the filling has changed and moved over time. I twisted them in many forms and measured how supported I felt in different positions. I removed and added a filling if I could, and removed and washed the blankets to see how they were affected by cleaning and tested the differences with or without blanket.
