Trevon Diggs Fires Off Statement After Cowboys’ Decision

Earlier this offseason, the Dallas Cowboys corner half, Trevon Diggs, decided to readjust the installation of Dallas Cowboys. When team members were present for the OTAs, Diggs was in Florida.
At the time, it was clear that there was a chance that Diggs was considering a six -digit deduction in his salary. In his contract, he indicates that he should make most of his rehabilitation in the team’s facilities. The star of the star corner admitted to journalists on Tuesday that he did not believe that the cowboys would take $ 500,000. It turns out that he was wrong.
“De-escalation is denounced contractually. When he decided to train in southern Florida, he understood what the consequences would be,” said Cowboys executive vice-president Stephen Jones.
Diggs went to social networks on Tuesday to eliminate his own declaration in response to his team’s great decision.

“They knew where I rehabilitated myself,” wrote Diggs on X. “[I] was in full communication with the therapist [the] not whole of the path. I am not late on my recovery process. “”
Diggs then followed by sending: “Control what you can control” with an emoji with praying hands.

Before Diggs went to social networks to ring, he was standing next to the star of Cowboys Micah Parsons after the first day of the Dallas Cowboys training camp. Asked about de -escalation, Diggs revealed his frank thoughts.
“I did not expect that, it injured my feelings,” he admitted, according to Pro Football Talk. “It’s good. I hope I will come back to incentives.”
Diggs currently rehabilitates knee surgery he received during the 2024 NFL season. In the past two years, he has faced knee -related concerns after tearing his LCA during training at the start of the 2023 NFL season.
Currently, Diggs is on the list of NFL puppies. His availability for week 1 is in the air. The team did not reveal a calendar for their return to action. Despite its inability to participate in something other than rehabilitation, Diggs should be present for all phases of the offseason, according to Jerry Jones.
“He didn’t win it; he didn’t come,” said Jerry Jones on Monday. “It is in his contract that he does not understand this unless he is here. These are contractual things, as Stephen said. It would be very detrimental to the team not to respect the agreement. We expect a player paid like Trevon be here all the time. We expect him to direct.”
