Trump Admin Urges Supreme Court To Let Los Angeles Immigration Raids Continue

The Trump administration urged the Supreme Court on Thursday to allow the application of immigration to Los Angeles to continue without hindrance.
A judge of the District Court should not be able to “microchip” the application of immigration in a district where one in 10 people is an illegal foreigner, supports the administration’s emergency request.
“Not only is the central district the most populous district of the country as a whole; at best, it houses some 2 million illegal foreigners of its total population of nearly 20 million people, which makes it the largest destination of illegal foreigners,” said demand. “Given the administration’s commitment to enforce the country’s immigration laws – under which illegal foreigners are subject to survey judgments and detention to facilitate withdrawal – it is not surprising that the Los Angeles region is a maximum priority of application.”
