In a speech to Republican members of Congress at the Kennedy Center, Trump claimed that former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro imitated his dance moves.
Maduro, who was captured by the US military in a raid on Caracas on the night of January 3, has often appeared at public dances – at one point, to one of his speeches remixed to a Latin house beat.
Trump also likes to boogie, often to the Village People’s hit single, “YMCA.” Trump’s signature dance move of swinging his hips in a side-to-side motion while performing alternating, low-key fist pumps has become a feature of his campaign rallies.
