Trump Supporter Beaten to Within an Inch of His Life — As the Left Pretends Rhetoric Has No Consequences – RedState
The left has relentlessly called for violence since Donald Trump took over his presidency – and once again, they got it.
This is a horrific story, and we warn readers that disturbing content lies ahead.
The facts:
The wife of the elderly San Diego man brutally beaten outside his MAGA-inspired “Trump House” said there is “no hope” for her husband after the brutal attack left him fighting for his life.
Kerry Sheron, 69, was in critical condition following the violent attack outside her Escondido property Wednesday afternoon.
His wife, Maria, tearfully revealed to the California Post that her husband is not expected to survive.
The alleged attacker, Escondido resident Thomas Caleb Butler, 32, was arrested for attempted murder and faces life in prison if convicted.

ALERT: ‘Trump House’ owner is fighting for his life after his neighbor beat him almost to death in his own driveway.
A 69-year-old man from Escondido, California, known for having his house covered in Trump and American flags, was beaten by 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler.
Police responded to the assault and found the homeowner “suffering from serious injuries” and a good Samaritan who had intervened. [sic] also injured.
Butler had fled the scene when police arrived, but was found about a half-mile away and apprehended.
It was revealed that Butler lives next door to the victim.
The “Trump House” became a target of hostility, with one online comment saying: “My friend lived down the street from him. Every time I went to visit him I made sure to pass by this place and yell stuff at them.”

Yes, the man was loud and proud and openly displayed his support for the duly elected president. Is that enough to get you (almost and maybe) killed in today’s America? Leftists need to do some serious soul-searching. Or maybe we need to do it for them.

Just 11 weeks after pro-Trump signs were attacked on the residence, the owner of Escondido’s famous “Trump House” — covered in large Trump flags and patriotic displays — was violently attacked outside his home and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
He remains in intensive care and fights for his life.
Escondido police responded to the assault around 2:14 p.m. Wednesday and quickly arrested a suspect nearby. He was charged with attempted murder. The motive has not yet been released.
The house has long been a local landmark for its bold pro-Trump and American-themed exhibits.

This is one of those stories that leaves me speechless, and I pray for Kerry Sheron and his wife. While there may be circumstances we don’t yet know about, I firmly blame the left for incidents like these. They have taken their violent rhetoric to levels rarely seen before, and the results are clear: three assassination attempts against Donald Trump, the cold-blooded (“alleged”) assassination of a UnitedHealthcare executive by left-wing hero Luigi Mangione, the brutal murder of Charlie Kirk.
And now a man is in the hospital fighting for his life. This is simply wrong, and Democrats will have to pay the price at the polls in November – and well beyond.
