It’s 2-0 against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues are closing in on another home win against old rivals Tottenham.
Calum McFarlane’s side were calmer in this second half and didn’t really look like they were chasing a second goal with too much intensity, but they just pounced on a Spurs error to double their advantage.

Cole Palmer collected a loose ball in midfield and advanced with it before passing it to Pedro Neto. The winger delivered a deep cross which Enzo Fernandez touched well into the box, and Andrey Santos was on hand to put it in.

It wasn’t a neat finish, but the way the Brazilian scuffed it took it through a defender’s legs and made it harder for the goalkeeper to read.
There is still a lot of game left, but we are now in a strong position.
