EXCLUSIVE: Red State Schools Hit With Complaint Over Plot To Violate Ban On Boys In Girls’ Bathrooms
Two Ohio schools were struck by complaints after infiltration videos have exhibited administrators in schools for conspiracy to continue to allow boys to use girls’ spaces and compete in girls sports despite federal and state guidelines.
Protect the public of the public (PPT) filed complaints with the Ministry of Justice (DOJ), the Ministry of Education (ED) and the Ministry of Health and Social Services (HHS) against schools of the Lycée and Princeton of Ohio, after the videos surfaced by two distinct administrators in the districts coaching an under-prospective investigator posing as a prospective parent of a biological biological student gender in order to access the order of girls. The complaints, provided exclusively at the Daily Caller News Foundation, ask the departments to investigate and put an end to the incidents, which, according to PPT, “incontestably harasses for students”.
“Transgender ideology is intrinsically discriminatory and takes place against title IX of the law on civil rights,” says complaints. “As a result, we ask you to quickly investigate the school violations.”
One of the infiltration videos filmed by precision in the media (AIM) will show that reading advisor Jennifer Leone recognizes the laws against boys who participate in the sports of girls, but she argues that if the parent has a birth certificate which has the genre identity of the student, the law cannot be applied if no one can prove that this does not prove. “And this is where, I think,” that’s what the birth certificate says, proves that it is bad “,” said Leone to the investigator in the video. “You are not going to take this path. As I set you off to follow this route. ”
Leone assured the investigator that the male child would be able to compete in girls sports and use the female bathroom.

PCS assistant sports director, Tamette Duckworth, was also captured by AIM by telling an infiltration investigator not to disclose the biological sex of the child and that the boy uses “discreetly” female facilities.
Reading the school district of the community city and PCs did not respond to the request for comments from the DCNF.
“The attitudes exposed in these schools are emblematic of support for these destructive and discriminatory policies that permeate the education system,” said Michael Chamberlain, director of PPT, at the DCNF. “One thing I learned by working at the United States Ministry of Education is that, among the establishment of education, group thought and a tendency to follow the modes is strong, even in geographic areas where most people do not expect it. This is why it is important to educate the public, and in particular parents, on such incidents. ”
Ohio law obliges schools to switch the use of biological sex facilities and prohibits procedures for sexual change for minors, including hormone blockers. President Donald Trump also signed decrees prohibiting the ban on men from participating in female sports and declaring federal recognition of only two organic sexes.
