Samsung is set to launch its first new devices in 2026 and is hosting an Unpacked event in San Francisco to broadcast it all. The keynote begins at 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) and will be streamed live on YouTube. The February 10 announcement also noted that the launch would mark “a new phase in the AI era, as intelligence becomes truly personal and adaptive.”

What are we waiting for? Based on leaked images of the new lineup, it’s unlikely that the company has radically reinvented the look of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, or Galaxy S26 Ultra, instead sticking with a design similar to that of the Galaxy S25.

We expect Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip to be in all Samsung Galaxy S26 phones, via Korean news site Yonhap News reports that Samsung’s relatively new Exynos 2600 chip could be in some devices, depending on region.

Despite the launch of the Qi 2 wireless charging standard, which adds support for convenient magnetic alignment, Samsung still hasn’t brought this feature to its phones. Rumors suggest that the Series S will have the fastest wireless charging rates in the spec, but will lack built-in magnets and will have to rely on cases to add MagSafe-style charging and mounting.

Honestly? This could be a pretty sweet launch event, especially after wowing everyone with the Galaxy TriFold earlier this year.

Are you more interested in foldable devices than traditional candy bars? (If so, get ready for MWC 2026, which begins next week. We’re expecting a lot of foldables.)

Marathon players who cheat or develop cheats will receive a permaban.

In a detailed blog post, Bungie took a very declarative stance against those trying to cheat: “We take a strong stance against cheating and anyone found cheating or developing cheats will be permanently banned from playing. Marathon forever, no second chances. The blog post adds that an appeal system will be put in place.

However, Bungie’s anti-cheating standards go beyond punishment. In the blog post, Bungie explained that Marathon’s dedicated servers have full authority over movement, shooting, actions, and inventory. Since these key actions are server dependent, this will result in smoother gunplay for players as well as preventing cheats related to teleporting, unlimited ammo, or damage manipulation.
