Samsung’s New Sound Towers Are Great for Parties

Samsung has just released its new sound tower models, the ST50F and the ST40F. These new models, which have been unveiled at IFA 2025, are the latter in its range of portable audio devices for the holidays and large gatherings. However, these models have many more features than you expect at first glance.
The acoustic structure of the new tower SA was completely redesigned with previous models. The ST50F model can launch a huge 240 W of sound, while the smallest ST40F still offers a respectable 160W. It is thanks to the Samsung wave guides technology on Tweeters Dual Dome, which helps distribute the audio and create a wider sound scene.
The result is very clear treble you can hear clearly, no matter where you are in the room. On the other hand, the double woofers allow you to personalize the bass with three different modes: deep, punchy and soft. This is excellent feature, allowing you to define audio to your own preferences. You can also choose from four additional, standard, large, stadium and outdoor sound modes, to match the setting. So, whether you are in a backyard barbecue or a dance floor, the sound can be adapted to the best experience.
For portability and sustainability, Samsung has added great upgrades. The ST50F offers you up to 18 hours of play on a single load. The ST40F offers until 12 hours. The fact that they have a replaceable battery changes the game, which guarantees that the party does not have to stop simply because the battery is exhausted.
The two models are resistant to IPX4 water, so you can have some peace of mind if you use them outside and that a little water gets them. The ST50F model is also delivered with wheels and a telescopic handle, which makes it very easy to move, which is a big problem for a speaker with 6.5-inch double woofers. The ST40F has an integrated handle, which makes it easy to transport.
For me, the most interesting aspect of these features is the party +party system. You get five mood presets and six dynamic lighting models to choose from the use of the Samsung Sound Tower application. The system analyzes the beats and frequencies of music in real time, activating dozens of LEDs to synchronize with rhythm. The lights are spread over five different areas of the speaker for a 360 degree effect.
This includes a track indicator that surrounds the woofers, ring lights on tweeters and crystal lights at the base. You can create everything from a festival to a fresh atmosphere. For even more pleasure, there are integrated DJ and Karaoke stand modes, and even a guitar entrance, so you can essentially transform any space into a live scene.
The new sound towers are available now, with the ST50F at a price of $ 280 and the ST40F at $ 200, both on the official website.
