Woman, 51, found dead in Bronx apartment

A woman was found dead in a Bronx apartment Friday, police said.
Responding officers found the 51-year-old victim’s lifeless body in an apartment on Grand Ave. near Macombs Road in Morris Heights after her daughter called 911 at 12:18 p.m., according to law enforcement.
The city medical examiner will determine the woman’s cause of death.
