Yashica’s new retro point-and-shoot revival sounds surprisingly capable for $100

Yashica has announced a new retro camera called Tank for photographers taking advantage of the recent surge in popularity of point-and-shoots. But while Canon’s resurrected Elph 360 HS costs almost $400 and the $30 Kodak Charmera produces terrible results, the Yashica Tank seems to offer a decent amount of features for the price. It’s available for pre-order now on the company’s online store for HKD798, or just over $100 USD, and is expected to start shipping around March 27.
