The Vince Staples Show
All fame must end
Honestly, it’s not really a surprise. The Vince Staples Show was canceled, as it struggled for two seasons to make a solid impact, despite critical success. The satirical biographical show follows Staples, a famously wealthy rapper-actor of sorts, as he navigates the bizarre challenges of everyday life in Long Beach, California, while journeying toward inner peace.

Pulse
This scenario has stopped
After a first season featuring the high-pressure environment of a modern hospital and the lives of its staff, Pulse was officially canceled. If you haven’t seen it and medical dramas are your jam, you can get what you need from the first season arc. It’s definitely not as fascinating and captivating as the one on HBO Max The Pittbut it offers a realistic depiction of the healthcare sector through a specific and dramatic narrative lens.

The abandoned
Gave up way, way, way too soon
Like a huge Sons of Anarchy fan, I was delighted to see that Kurt Sutter The abandoned unfolded as if it could be a prequel to its epic outlaw biker saga. Unfortunately, we’ll never know, as Netflix canceled the western after just one season, much to Sutter’s dismay, reportedly due to “low viewership” and friction between the showrunner and the streamer. It’s really a shame, because The abandoned had so much potential, and the growing public interest after its premiere proved it.

Zero Terminator
He won’t come back
After just one season, Zero Terminator was officially canceled in February 2026. Despite tremendous critical and audience reception, the viewership numbers simply weren’t there to warrant a second season. Over the course of 8 episodes, the anime series follows a resistance fighter sent back to Tokyo in 1997 to protect an AI scientist from being chased by an indestructible cyborg.

Cooking and DIY with celebrities is on the rise
One of Netflix’s most controversial reality shows is officially dead in the water, shortly after its launch. With love, Meghan focused on Meghan Markle’s time spent with a slew of celebrities, indulging in arts, crafts and cooking in a rented home. While the series gained attention for its debut, season 2 and the Christmas special were not featured.
