Ivana Trump’s Upper East Side home sells for $14M: report

The Upper East Side home where Ivana Trump died in 2022 has been sold for $14 million.
The E. 64th Street mansion hit $26.5 million on the real estate market shortly after the first of President Trump’s three wives fell down a flight of stairs and suffered accidental blunt impact injuries at age 73.
According to People, a deal to purchase the 8,725-square-foot home for just over half its asking price was reached last week.
The six-story home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and an elevator. A Zillow listing for the 147-year-old home describes the property as “a historic townhouse that has hosted luminaries from every industry, this unique offering awaits the most discerning buyer.”

Ivana and Donald Trump’s three children, Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka, reportedly lived in the house when they were teenagers. Ivana reportedly owned the house for 30 years.
The house was vandalized in April with bizarre spray-painted graffiti saying things like “We’re killing you for Ivana Trump.”
Ivana was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1990. She was buried at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey following a private funeral at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church.
The couple lived together in a house in Greenwich, Connecticut, which Ivana sold for $15 million in 1998. It was one of the properties she acquired during the couple’s divorce. The people she sold it to received $54 million for the house in 2015.
