BYD begins exporting EVs to Europe from Thailand
The Chinese energy vehicle manufacturer (NEV), byd Auto, announced that it had started exporting electric battery vehicles (BEVS) from Thailand, with the first batch of Thai manufacturing cars which are already put sails in Europe from the port of Laem Chabang in the province of Chon Buri.

The export of dolphin models produced in Thailand to Europe for the first time represents not only another stage of the BYD globalization strategy, but also highlights the vital role of Thailand in the world supply chain.
The president of the Federation of the Thai Industries Automobile Club, Yuphin Boonssirichan, said: “This step reflects the strong confidence of Byd in Thailand and reaffirms the importance of the country in the chain of global supply of electric vehicles.”
