Social media broke out after a Chuck E. Cheese costume was arrested and led from the restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida, while families and children looked at the detention of the man carrying a giant mouse head.

The Sheriff’s Bureau of Leon County confirmed Nowsweek that the suspect is Jermell Jarreau Jarreau, 41. According to police archives, Jones was arrested for three crime charges: criminal use of personal identification information, theft of a credit card and fraudulent use of a credit card twice in six months.
The contact details of a lawyer representing Jones were not immediately available.
The video sequences and the photos of him in detention have been widely disseminated on social networks, given the nature of the arrest and the circumstances that surround him.
