Maryland Gov. Wes Moore: It 'behooves each and every one of us' to weigh retaliatory district maps

Maryland governor Wes Moore said on Sunday that he was open to restarting the lines of the Congress by his state to help Democrats counter republican efforts in Texas and other states.
