Super Bowl wedding was real; boy with Grammy was not Liam Ramos

The little boy who accepted Bad Bunny’s Grammy during the Super Bowl LX halftime show wasn’t the 5-year-old detained by ICE, as many on social media thought — but the wedding Lady Gaga sang at was the real deal.
One of the many symbolism-laden scenes the Puerto Rican rapper danced in was that of a little boy watching his historic Grammy win on an old-fashioned TV with his parents in their living room. Then Bad Bunny arrived, the reward in his outstretched hands, and handed it to the child. The boy hugged him to his chest with immense pleasure.
Many viewers suspected it was 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos, who spent more than 10 days in custody with his father until he was released on a judge’s order earlier this month. Their similarity sparked a wave of speculation on social media.

Although the boy was indeed 5 years old, it turned out that he was not Liam. He was Lincoln Fox, a child model of Egyptian and Argentinian descent who appeared in numerous advertising campaigns for brands like Walmart, Target and other major brands.
“I will remember this day forever!” » Lincoln’s Instagram account posted alongside a clip of the moment. “It was my true honor.”
Speculation was also rife that the boy represented a young Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, Bad Bunny’s first name. He titled the show, “Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio presenta.” The artist’s representatives had made no comment Monday morning.

Another mini-sketch involved a wedding, about five minutes into the series. The bride and groom appeared, surrounded by dancers and musicians, just as the officiant declared them married. They kissed and then parted with the crowd, to reveal Lady Gaga and the Puerto Rican salsa group Los Sobrinos. She sang part of her hit “Die with a Smile” before joining Bad Bunny in a salsa dance.
The show was peppered with dance cameos including Pedro Pascal, Cardi B, Jessica Alba and Karol G.
