Meteor spotted across Suffolk sky in Kesgrave

A meteor has been spotted soaring across the Suffolk night sky.
The footage was captured by a home security camera belonging to Denise Hubert in Kesgrave, near Ipswich, at around 12:23am BST on Monday.
At first, she didn’t know “what to think” of the video the next morning, but she soon realized that “it must be something interesting.”
The meteor was also spotted in other parts of the UK, including East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Cumbria.
John Maclean, of the UK Meteor Network, said the meteor was not linked to any astronomical event and had probably separated from a larger asteroid.
