On Sunday, Mamdani revealed plans for a 11 a.m.-3 p.m. neighborhood party to accompany the inauguration ceremony on New Year’s Day.

Mamdani’s team anticipates that tens of thousands of people will be able to attend the block party. Anyone interested in participating must first confirm their presence online.
