You might think that Taylor Swift’s red lip is the most critical step of her beauty routine, but she recently revealed that her nightly bath ritual is just as important.

On October 13, Swift appeared on Good Morning America to announce a six-part docuseries of the Eras Tour, as well as a concert film of Swift’s final performance coming to Disney+. The series, titled The End of an Era, will give fans an intimate glimpse behind-the-scenes of the record-shattering tour, including how Swift recovered from every three-plus hour show. Ahead of the December 12 premiere, Disney+ released a trailer ending in a teaser clip of Swift’s nightly self-care routine.

“I’ll not be able to get to sleep because I can’t, like, come down,” Swift says, while removing her false lashes, wiping away her stage makeup, and drawing a bath. “So, I just watch tons of TV, I eat room service in bed, I sign a box of 2,000 CDs—and then, and then I’m tired. And then we do the whole thing again.” And while we’d love to hear about every step of her nighttime routine, we zeroed in on a shot of her product lineup.

Want to pamper yourself like a post-Eras Tour Taylor Swift? Here’s exactly what you’ll need:

Taylor Swift’s favorite bath products

With the heavy eye-makeup, lipstick, and sweat that came with every performance, it’s not surprising that Swift hopped on the double-cleansing train. Among her products, we spotted two hard-working, restorative facial cleansers: Tata Harper’s Regenerating Cleanser, which doubles as an exfoliating scrub, and the Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Cleansing Cream, which soothes with ingredients like shea butter.

Swift’s started every performance with pin-straight hair, but her natural curls emerged by the end of most shows. For added volume in any style, it appears that she opts for Cristophe Robin’s Delicate Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner.

We also spotted the OUAI St. Barts Body cleanser on the side of Swift’s tub—because who doesn’t love to lather up in a luxurious body wash after a long night?

Even before this peek behind the curtain, we learned that Swift’s post-show baths were critical to surviving her grueling tour schedule. In an BBC Radio interview following the release of The Life of a Showgirl, she explained that the ritual partially inspired the album’s cover art. In it, Swift is submerged in water in a glittering dress (a nod also to depictions of Shakespeare’s Ophelia, who is referenced in the first track). “This represents the end of my night,” she said. “My show days are the same every single day. I just happen to be in a different city, and my day ends with me in a bathtub—not usually in a bedazzled dress.”
